Does Anyone Remember GTA: San Andreas?

While I enjoy the GTA line of games I cannot say I’m a MASSIVE fan, the kind that plays it over and over, but I do enjoy the games for a bit of a release every now-and-then. One this I do miss is the clothing choices available to you in SA. There was around 250 individual items – accessories included – available from six different clothing chains across the islands. Unfortunately, this massive range was pruned severely for all games succeeding SA and the option to completely customise ones own avatar (including weight and fitness thanks to the gyms and fast food outlets) is basic to say the least.

In any case, I miss looking good when I am kick arse – hopefully GTA V brings back the love.

Brother’s Birthday

The little so-and-so has finally hit eighteen. Luckily I already sorted his birthday present though in the form of a ticket to the Pixies just before Easter.

Damn you wordpress!

Stupid WordPress likes to keep drafts but only when IT wants to. Lost half of a rather long article that I was typing that I’m not very happy about. I know, I know, better half an article than a full one lost, but still, *pokes WordPress*.

Good Fashion Always Starts At Home

I think, from memory at least, that I have played around half an hour of Second Life and about two hours of IMVU. So it’s a bit strange that I jump onto Playstation Home every now and then to see what’s going down in the virtual world. For those that do not know, these are virtual worlds where your created avatar/s lives and exists as if in real life – hell the former two you can even made real money out of it selling virtual goods and property. The thing that made me think of Home again was a forum post on the Official Playstation Forums which was about 160 pages (and counting) devoted to female fashion in Home.

I wonder if they’ll do the same for male fashion :).

Pixies and Dragonskin

Dragonskin was awesome, Pixies was even better! I was very surprised that they played ALL of the Doolittle b-sides as well as the full album. They were as fresh and funny as ever and they really haven’t lost their touch. I tell you though, I was singing ‘Hey’ so freaken loud it was amazing! Good times 2010!
